PDF Scanner: Scan books and documents into PDF or searchable PDF files. Searchable PDF files allow you to search for any word in the scanned document. Scanner software also supports other file formats: TIF, GIF, JPEG.

Touchscreen PC: Customize the screen with your logo. Easy-to-use instructions guide the user through the scanning process including setting options for file formats, DPI resolution, black and white or color, and file names.

Optional Pay-Per-Scan: Card reader integrated into the Touchscreen PC accepts PrePaid Cards that may be printed with your library logo.
Revenue Sharing: Revenue share options available based on usage.  We will install the BookScan Station at no charge to your organization. We will share the revenue generated from its use. PrePaid Cards are paid monthly after purchase by users. Additional PrePaid Cards are replenished overnight.  In most cases we can integrate with your public library or university campus pay system.

Book-Edge Design: Patented scanner design allows the book page to lie flat on the glass, thus capturing the full image of the page without distortion. The design protects the spine of the binding from damage, extending the book’s life.
