Welcome to CCP’s new Client Web Portal redefined as of October 2013. Our new client portal now has an easier interface with more robust features to provide more information and a more pleasant user experience. Please note a couple of key changes. To login in users now simply enter in their email address as Username and "ccp123" for Password. You may change this password at any time. The change to using your email address instead of client number as your username offers you the flexibility to register more than one user. Now multiple users can now have access to the portal to request service or supplies. If you are not using our FMAudit service for remote polling of meter readings then please use this portal to enter your MFP copier or printer’s meter readings.
